Equity-i completes Private Placement

Dubai:  Equity-I, a Dubai-based private equity investment firm, announced the successful completion of a capital raise placed to strategic gulf-based investors. The company will use the proceeds of this raise to expand the Company’s reach into their sectors of focus, including African and MENA telecom, regional real estate development and retail concepts, amongst others. The company is also undergoing major acquisitions in the African continent in partnership with strategic investors from the GCC that are expected to be completed and announced in the current quarter.
